This object defines if the DSCP in the subscriber datagram
will be forwarded in the uplink/downlink path with or without
modification.
The various values that this object can take up are:
up(1) - DSCP will not be modified in the uplink
path alone
down(2) - DSCP will not be modified in downlink
path alone
all(3) - DSCP will not be modified in both
uplink/downlink path
none(4) - DSCP will be modified both in uplink and
in downlink path
