created administratively or by the gatekeeper during normal
gatekeeper operations.
            
No writable objects may be changed while cgkZoneRowStatus is
'active'.
            
When removing an entry from the table, corresponding entries in
the cgkZoneSubnetTable and cgkLocalZoneTable may be removed.
