A single gatekeeper locally managed zone.
            
An entry is created in this table when an entry in the
cgkZoneTable is created with cgkZoneLocalZone set to a value of
true. The entry is removed when its associated entry in the
cgkZoneTable is deleted or when cgkZoneLocalZone is set false.
