cfcCloneProfileIdNext

This object specifies a value which is used as an index
value for a new clone profile entry in cfcCloneProfileTable.
Whenever read, the agent will get the next available
non-conflicting value. This is to reduce the probability of
errors during creation of new clone profile table entries
