The object used to control the state of
the ports belonging to a vsan in the context
of the FICON functionality.
If this object is set to 'offline(1)'
all the ports belonging to the vsan, specified
by the vsanIndex are put in the suspended state.
If this object is set to 'online(2)'
all the ports belonging to the vsan, specified
by the vsanIndex are put in the operational state.
