The port map3.
This object contains information specific to
third party vendor and the usage is vendor
specific.
          
Each record is 6 bytes long and there can be up to 
42 records in this object.
          
Each record consists of the following -
          
0-3  bytes - IfIndex
byte 4     - Port Address
byte 5     - Unit Type
