A table listing the director history buffer.
          
Director History Buffer is a mechanism to 
determine those ports that have changed
their configuration for a particular
value of a key counter.
          
The FICON Director maintains a change vector
of 256 bits (32 bytes) and an associated
key counter. This table lists this vector
for a given key counter.
