Enumeration
This object specifies whether a discovery cycle should be started by the Fabric Configuration Server. If this object is set to 'startDiscovery', then the discovery is started by the Fabric Configuration Server on those VSANs that have been specified by the fcsVsanDiscoveryList objects. No action is taken if this object is set to 'noOp'. The value of this object when read is always 'noOp'.
