The user preference for a persistent Domain Id
for this Virtual Device to indicate a specific
partition (domain) of the Fabric that this 
Virtual Device should belong to. 
              
If the value of this object is not explicitly set
by the user, the system generates and uses a
Virtual Domain from the allowed domains. The value
of '0' indicates no user preference.
