cevcSIMatchEncapRowStatus

This object enables a SNMP peer to create, modify, and delete
rows in the cevcSIMatchEncapTable.
              
This object cannot be set to 'active' until
cevcSIEncapEncapsulation and objects referred by 
cevcSIMatchEncapValid have been assigned their respective
valid values.
              
Writable objects in this table can be modified while the value
of the cevcSIEncapMatchRowStatus column is 'active'.
