column Unsigned32 
A monotonically increasing integer for the sole purpose of
indexing CFM events.  When it reaches the maximum value 
supported by the agent, as defined in the 
cEtherCfmMaxEventIndex object, the agent wraps the value
back to 1 and may flush existing entries.
