cenAlarmStatusDefinition

The short description of the status of the alarm.
The string is formatted in 
'<integer>,<alarmStatus description>' tuples. The <integer>
value is the same value that the 'cenAlarmStatus' 
attribute holds. <alarmStatus description> contains one line
description of the alarm status generated.
