cenAlarmSeverityDefinition

The short description of the severity of the alarm 
generated. The String is formatted in 
'<integer>,<alarmSeverity  description>' tuples. The <integer>
value is the same value that the 'cenAlarmSeverity ' 
attribute holds. <alarmSeverity description> contains one line
description of the alarm severity generated.
