The short description of the category of the alarm 
generated. The String is formatted in 
'<integer>,<alarmCategory description>' tuples. The <integer>
value is the same value that the 'cenAlarmCategory' 
attribute holds. <alarmCategory description> contains one 
line description of the alarm category generated.
