the threshold value entSensorThresholdValue
once it has generated entSensorThresholdNotification.
The value of entSensorThreshNotifGlobalEnable needs
to be true.
          
entSensorThresholdSeverity indicates the severity 
of this threshold.
          
The agent implementation guarantees prompt, timely
evaluation of threshold and generation of this
notification.
