This object specifies the value of
cewredConfigGlobIndex which associates the WRED
configuration with ifIndex associated egress
interface. This value can not be modified when
cewredTxRowStatus is active(1). 
              
The value of this object must not be same as the
values of the following objects:
cewredRxIfValue,
cewredRxValue,
cewredRxMulticastValue.
