The remote Endpoint's first IP address specification.
If the remote Endpoint type is single IP address,
then this is the value of the IP address.
If the remote Endpoint type is IP subnet, then this
is the value of the subnet.
If the remote Endpoint type is IP address range,
then this is the value of beginning IP address
of the range.
If the type is an IP address, a range or a subnet,
the type of the address can be inferred from
ceipSecEndPtRemoteType.
