An entry in cdspTranscodeProfileTable indicates the transcode
DSPFarm profile maximum configured sessions and available
sessions. Each DSPFarm transcode profile configured in the
voice gateway forms a new entry to this table. The entry is
deleted when the transcode DSPFarm profile is deleted.
A new entry to this table can be created and an existing
entry can be deleted using object cdspTranscodeProfileRowStatus
indexed with a profile number.
