Object

scalar r/w SNMPv2-TCTruthValue 
This object configures the use of local
authentication server.  If it is 'true',
local authentication server is enabled. If it
is 'false', the local authentication server is
disabled.  If both local and network servers are
configured, the local server is used as back up
when network authentication server is not
available.
