notification
A notification of this type is generated for the service specified by ccsServiceNameNotifInfo if the number of failed responses received on the Traffic Processor from the network server is equal to or lower than ccsNetServerResponseFailClearThreshold when the timer ccsAdControlAlarmUpdateTimer expires. The notification is also generated when the update timer, the alarm threshold, or the clear threshold is changed. The notification is generated only when the alarm (ciscoContentServicesNetServerResponseFailExceeded) exists. The ccsAdControlNotifEnabled has to set to 'true' to generate the notification. The timer will be restarted after the notification is generated.
