ccsBMARowStatus

This object is used by the manager to create
or delete the row entry in the ccsBMATable
following the RowStatus textual convention.
              
This row can be deleted regardless of the value
of ccsBMAState. Requests queued for the deleted
BMA are requeued to another BMA.
