The average, over the last minute, of the
percentage of time that this processor was
running.  This includes time spent on 
non-productive polling and time used by
routine maintenance tasks.  This value is 
not a measure of the processor's ability 
to handle more work, which is represented
by the cipCardEntryCpuLoad information.  The
ability to handle more work could also be 
affected by DMA and channel load, represented
by the cipCardEntryDmaLoad and cipCardDtrBrd-
ChannelAdapterLoad statistics.
