cCdmaSessionPdsnAuthenTimer

Timer (measured in hundredths of a second) for MoIP
users not using PPP authentication.  After PPP session
establishment, the session will be terminated if the 
MoIP user is not authenticated via MoIP for a period 
longer than this timer.
