scalar r/w SNMPv2-TCTruthValue 
Allows the generation of the quality report alarm.
true(1):   Enabling this object will allow the CUCM
           agent to generate the ccmQualityReport
           alarm. This is the default value.
false(2):  Disabling this object will stop the 
           generation of the ccmQualityReport
           alarm by the CUCM agent.
