Indicates the failure duration of the switching
bus since the switching bus has transitioned
out of the normal(1) state as monitored by
cc6kxbarSwBusSwitchingStatus. If the object
value of cc6kxbarSwBusSwitchingStatus is
normal(1), then the object value of
cc6kxbarSwBusFailureDuration should be zero.
The object is only instantiated on systems which
support switching bus switching detection feature.
