Indicates if the bus mode is operationally enabled on the
device or not.
'true' - Modules are allowed to run in 'busmode'.
'false' - None of the modules are allowed to run in 'busmode'
i.e., All the non-fabric capable modules will
be powered off. Absence of fabric module results
in all the fabric capable modules being powered
off.
