ccfaWildcardAffDestinationMask

The IP mask indicating which bits in the
ccfaWildcardAffDestinationAddr are relevant. For each
set bit in this mask, the corresponding bits in
ccfaWildcardAffDestinationAddr and the destination IP
address of the received packet must be equal in order
to match this Wildcard Affinity.
