A list of severity type alert groups which are currently
configured for each of the profiles in the device.
          
An entry is created if a configured alert group
whose callHomeAlertGroupCapability has
'callHomeMessageSeverity'.
          
An entry is deleted if the destination profile unsubscribes
an severity based alert group.
