The maximum number of active sessions which has
occurred for this customer profile since last system
re-initialization. This is the maximum value of
ccrpCPActiveSessions since last system
re-initialization.
              
This includes non-overflow and overflow sessions.
              
The peak value for the overflow sessions may be
computed by subtracting the value of ccrpCPSessionLimit
from this value.
