Object

notification 
A notification that is sent when the subscriber
if found to have violated his enforce rule. This
indicates that this subscriber was found to be 
over consuming resources. If the enforce rule 
associated with this subscriber has a enforced QoS
parameter set configured, the trap also indicates 
that the QoS parameter set of this subscriber are 
changed to the enforced QoS parameter set.
