Enumeration
This defines the DOCSIS version of the modems that the enforce rule would be applicable to. If it is set to docsis10(2) then only ccqmCmtsEnfRuleRegQoS and ccqmCmtsEnfRuleEnfQoS can be set and if previously ccqmCmtsEnfRuleRegSerClassName and ccqmCmtsEnfRuleEnfSerClassName were set, they will be reset to NULL and if it set to others(1) then only ccqmCmtsEnfRuleRegSerClassName and ccqmCmtsEnfRuleEnfSerClassName can be set and if previously ccqmCmtsEnfRuleRegQoS and ccqmCmtsEnfRuleEnfQoS were set they will be reset to 0.
