It is the module number on the upconverter that this 
member connects to if ccaHCCPMemChanSwitchType is 
ucWavecom(2).
              
It specifies the RF Switch module number inside an RF Switch
chassis if ccaHCCPMemChanSwitchType is rfSwitchModule(4). 
              
It is the bitmap of selected modules inside a 
RF Switch chassis if ccaHCCPMemChanSwitchType is 
rfSwitchGrp(3).
