A Network Address prefix in the Network Layer
Reachability Information field of BGP UPDATE message.
This object is a Network Address containing the prefix
with length specified by cbgpRouteAddrPrefixLen. Any
bits beyond the length specified by
cbgpRouteAddrPrefixLen are zeroed.
