This table contains the capabilities that are
supported by a peer. Capabilities of a peer are
received during BGP connection establishment.
Values corresponding to each received capability
are stored in this table. When a new capability
is received, this table is updated with a new
entry. When an existing capability is not received
during the latest connection establishment, the
corresponding entry is deleted from the table.
