IF-MIBInterfaceIndex
This object identifies the ATM virtual interface number
('ifIndex') assigned to this entry, and is used
to identify corresponding rows in the IF-MIB.
Note that re-inititalization of the management agent may
cause a client's 'caviViIfIndex' to change.
