This table represents a 24 hour history of 
statistics per CID. The statistics are collected 
using 15 minute intervals.
The Channel IDentification (CID) is the standard 
term to identify an ATM AAL2 connection (ITU-T I.366.2).
CID is unique within a VC (SVC or PVC).
Entries in this table are populated at the
end of the interval.
