column Unsigned32 
This object specifies an index of the cAppNavSNGTable. It is an
arbitrary unsigned integer value that uniquely identifies an
entry in  cAppNavSNGTable. The value for each entry  must remain
constant at least from one re-initialization of the entity's
network management system to the next re-initialization.
