column Unsigned32 
This object indicates an index of the cAppNavACTable. It is an
arbitrary unsigned integer value that uniquely identifies an
entry in  cAppNavACTable. The value for each entry must remain
constant at least from one re-initialization of the entity's
network management system to the next re-initialization.
