notification
caonDown notification is sent when AON data plane goes down. AON data plane might be down as a result of an administrative command i.e. stopping AON via CLI command or deactivating the node from AMC or due to abnormal termination of AON data plane. If there is a hardware failure on the AON box then the notification might not be triggered.
