Boundary established by subtracting the value represented as the underflow threshold from the adjustment basis. Statistic readings which are equal or less than this boundary at the end of a sample interval represent an underflow condition and are subject to causing the underflow current count to increment which may lead to an Adjustment TCA when the configured underflow count is reached.
