The time and date that the watermark value used in the last Adjustment TCA which occurred on behalf of the PM instance due to end of Sample Interval incrementing the current underflow count to reach the configured underflow count associated with the interval profile associated with the PM instance was derived. An empty string is returned if no such Adjustment TCA has occurred for the PM instance.
