Since this object applies to the last Adjustment TCA which occurred on behalf of the PM instance due to end of Sample Interval incrementing the current overflow count to reach the configured overflow count associated with the interval profile associated with the PM instance, this object represents the value of cienaCesPmAdjustmentTcaOverflowHighWatermarkStats at the time of such Adjustment TCA.
