The 32-bit unsigned sum of the link-state
advertisements' LS checksums contained in this
interface's link-local Link State Database.
The sum can be used to determine if there has
been a change in the interface's Link State Database,
and to compare the interface Link State Database of
routers attached to the same subnet.
