notification
A notification is sent whenever frame-loss-near returns to normal during a frame loss measurement test. Setting the cienaCesCfmFrameLossNearFaultTrapState object to 'disabled' causes this trap to be suppressed. Variable bindings include: cienaGlobalSeverity, cienaCesCfmFrameLossMsgServiceName, cienaCesCfmFrameLossMsgLocalMEPId, cienaCesCfmFrameLossMsgNearLossThreshold, and cienaCesCfmFrameLossMsgFrameLossNear.
