notification 
A notification is sent whenever frame-loss-far goes above frame-loss-far threshold during a 
frame loss measurement test. Setting the cienaCesCfmFrameLossFarFaultTrapState object to 
'disabled' causes this trap to be suppressed. Variable bindings include: cienaGlobalSeverity,
cienaGlobalMacAddress, cienaCesCfmFrameLossMsgServiceName, cienaCesCfmFrameLossMsgLocalMEPId,
cienaCesCfmFrameLossMsgFarLossThreshold, and cienaCesCfmFrameLossMsgFrameLossFar.
