column SNMPv2-TCTruthValue
True if the ACL rule matches on the destination IP address, False otherwise. When True, the cienaCesAclRuleDstIpAddrType field will contain the IP address type (IPv4 or IPv6) and the cienaCesAclRuleDstIpAddr and cienaCesAclRuleDstIpAddrPrefixLength fields will contain the IP address value and mask that are to be matched by this rule.
