column CIENA-TCCienaGlobalState 
The Operational State of the ACL profile.
A profile is operationally enabled if it is administratively enabled
and attached to at least one interface. It is otherwise disabled.
Note that the ACL feature must also be globally enabled for
any profile to be operationally enabled.
