Shows the LLDP neighbor's system capabilities as bit mask.
              
If the bit is set, it means that the functionality is supported by the
neighbor system.
              
Bit 0 represents Other.
              
Bit 1 represents Repeater.
              
Bit 2 represents Bridge.
              
Bit 3 represents WLAN Access Point.
              
Bit 4 represents Router.
              
Bit 5 represents Telephone.
              
Bit 6 represents DOCSIS cable device.
              
Bit 7 represents Station Only.
              
Bit 8 represents Reserved.
