Number of IP datagrams that have been successfully fragmented.
When tracking interface statistics, the counter of the outgoing
interface is incremented for a successfully fragmented datagram.
Discontinuities in the value of this counter may occur at
re-initialization of the system, and at other times as indicated by the
value of DiscontinuityTime.
This object is only available if the capability object
'cie1000IpCapabilitiesHasPerInterfaceIpv6Statistics' is True.
