Number of input IP datagrams discarded due to errors in their IP
headers, including version number mismatch, other format errors, hop
count exceeded, and errors discovered in processing their IP options.
              
Discontinuities in the value of this counter may occur at
re-initialization of the system, and at other times as indicated by the
value of DiscontinuityTime.
              
This object is only available if the capability object
'cie1000IpCapabilitiesHasPerInterfaceIpv4Statistics' is True.
